Debate Club

Rydings College’s Debate Club provides students with the opportunity to hone their critical thinking skills by engaging in lively debates on current topics. Through activities such as debates, discussions, and workshops, students can learn how to think critically about issues that affect them and their community.

Careers Club

Rydings College’s Careers Club provides students with the opportunity to explore their career options and gain valuable insight into the world of work. Through activities such as mock interviews, career fairs and workshops, students can gain valuable skills and knowledge to help them make informed decisions about their future.

Public Speaking

Rydings College’s Chess Club provides students with the opportunity to learn and practice the game of chess in a fun, competitive and supportive environment. Through activities such as tournaments, competitions, and lessons, students can develop their strategic thinking skills while having fun and exercising the mind.

clubDrama And Poems Club

Rydings College’s Drama and Poems Club provides students with the opportunity to explore their creative side through drama and poetry. Through activities such as plays, readings, and workshops, students can express themselves in a safe environment while developing their communication skills. The school holds an annual end of year school play, last year the club graced us with George Orwell’s Animal Farm.

Environment Management Club

Rydings College’s Environmental Management Club provides students with the opportunity to learn about environmental issues. Through activities such as field trips, lectures, and projects, students can gain an understanding of how they can help protect our environment for future generations. The club seeks to make students conscious of the environment and actively seek to protect it.

Youth Against AIDS

Rydings College’s Youth Against Aids Club provides students with the opportunity to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS prevention in their community through education campaigns and other initiatives. Through activities such as workshops, lectures, and projects, students can learn how they can help fight this global pandemic while also developing leadership skills that will benefit them in careers and life in general.

Confidence Building Club

Rydings College’s Confidence Building Club provides students with the opportunity to build self-confidence through activities such as public speaking exercises, group discussions, role-playing games and more! Through these activities, students will gain valuable communication skills that will help them succeed in all areas of life!

Journalism 
Club

Rydings College’s Journalism club provides student journalists with the opportunity to hone their writing skills by producing articles for school publications on topics related to school life! Through activities such as interviews or research projects, students develop important research skills while gaining an understanding of journalistic ethics!

Entrepreneurship Club

Rydings College’s Entrepreneurship club gives aspiring entrepreneurs a chance to explore business ideas through hands-on learning experiences! Through activities such as guest speakers from successful businesses or field trips to local companies they will gain valuable insight into what it takes to be successful in business and in life!
